Description
They are seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented Security analyst to join the team. As a Security Analyst, you will play a vital role to enhance the organisational security posture by bridging communications between internal and external teams, and supporting the Security team to deliver security projects.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Security program, including implementing security controls in the development lifecycle.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of security tasks, ensuring alignment with security objectives and compliance standards
- Work effectively with consultants, IT, and development teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on security initiatives and project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, security policies, and procedures, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Prepare regular reports on project and assignments, security metrics, and compliance with security policies to share with management and relevant stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge on development lifecycle is necessary, while other security experience and exposure is advantageous.
- Proven experience in project support, preferably within a security or IT environment.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive individual who can understand requirements, transform into task actions, and take appropriate follow-up actions independently to ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Good writing skills.
