Digital Project Manager (Leading Insurance Firm, Contract)

About the Role:

We are collaborating with a reputable insurance firm seeking a motivated Digital Project Manager ( Initial 1-year contract) to join their expanding Digital Transformation team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital transformation projects and run scrum teams in an agile environment in a timely manner
• Act as a bridge between different project teams, including product owners, managers and vendors
• Manage project execution by developing and maintaining plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensure transparency and accountability by creating and updating project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years of current or recent experience in project management or a related field, preferably digital transformation projects
• Advantageous to have worked in Insurance but wider Financial Services considered
• Ideally to have worked with a customer channel
• Beneficial digital experience within website and mobile applications
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English
