We are currently recruiting a Hong Kong based HR Consultant to assist with the launch of our new office.

In addition to assisting with the set-up of our office in Hong Kong, the role will also support the Account Director to deliver exceptional recruitment & onboarding services, while managing and maintaining successful relationships with our contractors.

As an integral part of the team, you will be confident, personable, professional and driven to provide solutions to challenges.

This is a freelance position and will be initially on an ad-hoc basis, with a view to becoming a full-time, permanent role.

Rate and retainer fee are negotiable depending on experience.

Person Specification

• Located in Hong Kong with right to work.
• Proven experience working within the Professional Service industry.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Understating of the due diligence checks (right to work, KYC and AML) that are needed for contractors onboarding.
• Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to learn.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• An exceptional ability to listen, consult, seek to understand contractors / client needs and aspirations.
• Anticipates and looks ahead, to proactively drive actions and conversations.
• Excellent communication skills. Articulates themselves clearly and confidently, as a result able to effectively influence the client and candidate.
• Stays up to date and has strong knowledge of specialisms.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Due to the international nature of the role, occasional flexibility to work outside of core hours is essential.
