Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and competitive activity to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conducted and analyzed market research to stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and update the executive team periodically.
  • Ad-hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • 5 years or above in related experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the printing and/or paper packaging products
  • Good printing processes and packaging design knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in managing a sales team is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategical and creative thinking
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese
  • Frequent travel to the factory in China and occasional overseas travel is needed
