Job Summary: The ESG System Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of our ESG data systems. This position will involve working closely with various departments to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, sustainability, and ESG frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ESG data management systems to track and report on key ESG metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate ESG data from various sources.
• Analyze ESG data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular ESG reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ESG standards and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on ESG data management and reporting tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in ESG.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Data Science, Information Technology Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with ESG software platforms.
• Certification in ESG or sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISSP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
