What You Will Do

The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. This person will join the HVAC service team in Hong Kong. He/she will lead a team of engineers to monitor and supervise service activities and make sure the projects are completed on time.

How You Will Do It

  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to deliver maintenance, improvement projects and service solutions to customers
  • Lead the team to achieve service targets
  • Develop customer networks and maintain good customer relationships

Required

What we look for

  • Diploma Holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience
  • Solid experience in team management with strong technical knowledge in HVAC
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferred

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
