We are now seeking for Division Head - Facilities Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of facilities management services
Manage the tendering and vendor selection process for the delivery of an array of management services
Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to enhance quality excellence initiatives
Deliver expert, value-enhancing insights to senior management on sustainability strategies
Design and formulate corporate standard and procedures to ensure robust compliance
Core member of the senior management team for the strategic planning and risk mitigate plan
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary educated in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines
At least 13 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record in managing significant premises
Sound knowledge in building management and energy efficiency practices is a definite advantage
Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and manage a sizable team
Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
