What you'll be doing:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner;
• Perform general reception duties including attending incoming calls, courier arrangement, handling conference room bookings, and registering incoming mails and parcels;
• Check, take stock and report status of inventories, assist with office supply and consumables procurement;
• Occasional outdoor work may require for deliveries, pickups and bank-in cheques when necessary;
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• Secondary school graduate or above;
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as receptionist or administrative support;
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels;
• Pleasant and polite, excellent telephone manner;
• Proactive, well organized and a good team player;
• Punctual to attend duties from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) with one hour lunch break;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
