Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, the brand/product owner, you are required to be responsible for establishing strong brand/product SOV in the field of Vision Care in Hong Kong, through management and development of flawless communications to both consumers and customers in different touchpoints.


  • Achieve financial target including net sales, market share, and profitability by developing plans of big bold bet, as well as partnering sales team to drive in-store excellence.
  • Collaborate with International Marketing Group to transcreate global/regional assets into local ones, with deep understanding of consumer and customer insight, as well as comprehensive analysis of market dynamic and sales performance to support Vision Care team’s growth year on year.
  • Partner with sales team and PE&D to engage ECP KOLs and customers with consistent and clear brand/product messages to win over key competitors in B2B or B2B2C communication.
  • Lead brand projects such as campaign, CME, symposium, advisory boards and so on to ensure optimum investment especially in key accounts to ensure target achievement in accordance with budget and strategies.
  • Digital as DNA to support all the related materials in every touchpoint.
  • Participate in key meetings such as target preparation meeting, operational review meeting and national sales meeting to align strategic direction and action plan with all stakeholders.
  • Manage new product launch with key measurements and great collaboration with cross functional teams such as IMG, PE&D, S&OP and W&D.
  • Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation


Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Professional background welcome addition
  • Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin essential
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in consumer product marketing/trade marketing/brand management in the field of FMCG, health care or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills suitable for working in an international environment
  • Can work independently but also a team player with strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Result driven, detail-oriented, and possess a “can-do” mindset
