Responsibilities


  • Community Engagement: Develop and manage a strong global community across platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.


  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Darkex as its voice, ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.


  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to create informative and engaging content tailored to cryptocurrency traders, investors, and institutional clients.


  • Customer Interaction: Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and escalate technical issues when necessary.


  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute online and offline events, including AMAs, webinars, and community meetups.


  • Analytics & Feedback: Track community engagement metrics, monitor sentiment, and provide strategic insights to internal teams.


  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all community interactions adhere to regulatory standards and maintain a safe, professional environment.


Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum of three years in community management, social media, or marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector.


  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Arabic are preferred.


  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and Web3 developments.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse communities.


  • Crisis Management: Ability to address FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) effectively and maintain a professional approach.


  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter Analytics, and community engagement tools.


  • Strategic Mindset: Data-driven approach to community growth and engagement strategies.
