Job Description:

Hola Prime is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to contribute to our brand's growth and success within the competitive proprietary trading industry. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, driving user engagement, and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and provide actionable insights to the team.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for better results.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and community building.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and alignment with overall business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies, and contribute to the development of long-term marketing plans.
• Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.) and experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of the financial markets or trading industry is a plus.
