Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team, customer success team, product and development team, and other stakeholders, on technical integration and customization projects.
• Gather and comprehend the client's requirements, and establish the scope and timeline of the project.
• Monitor the progress of the project to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project activities and meetings to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in software or SaaS company as project management related role
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, time management and communication skills
• Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of MarTech and Retail/eCom will be an advantage
