Regional Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, South Asia
The Senior Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for covering the VM operations across channels (Retail, Wholesale & Travel Retail). He/She will be the contact between headquarter, different departments and vendors. He/She is responsible for planning the successful implementation of visual merchandising, marketing activities, and in-boutique event organization. He/She will bring her VM expertise to train the boutique team to maintain VM display up to a high standard.
THE ROLE
Ensure VM consistency, review seasonal and standard POSM ordering
Manage boutique openings and setup
Develop and implementation of creative window displays
Manage VM budget
Review and ensure VM guideline is updated, align VM training material, conduct regular VM training
Monitor warehouse POSM inventory level
Event Support: review floor plan, technical drawings & VM Setup
Key Skills
University graduate in marketing/ design management related
10 years working experience in luxury retail or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, attention on details, creative thinking, entrepreneurship
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good sense of luxury aesthetics and retail operations
Strong knowledge of VM production – window, facade, pop-in or pop-up setup.
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Teams; Design software – Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, literate in Sketchup, Premier cut pro, AUTOCAD.
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
Capacity to communicate with all work-related parties involved
Able to multi-task, reliable, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
