Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, supervise, and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service
Monitor and maintain high quality beverage to guests, including coffee and cocktails
Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Compile weekly and monthly reports
Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency and minimize wastage
Motivate staff and develop team spirit
Requirements:
At least 5 years or above experience in the Food and Beverage industry of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Professional barista qualifications preferred
Passion for coffee with experience working in leading coffee houses preferred
Good English and Chinese spoken and written skills
Strong leadership and communications skills
Aggressive in meeting targets
Good customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
