Position overview :


Join Outsight as a Senior Customer Delivery Manager and lead the way in delivering outstanding service to our clients. In this key role, you'll be responsible for upholding service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining impeccable service quality and nurturing valuable customer relationships.


What will be your contribution?


Managing the customer relationship :

Build strong and lasting relationships with essential stakeholders in our clients' organizations.

Gain a profound understanding of client requirements and skillfully handle their expectations to nurture enduring partnerships.

Developing and managing service delivery plans:

Collaborate with clients to craft detailed service delivery plans that align with their unique needs and specified SLAs.

Ensure plans are comprehensive, incorporating clear timelines, budget outlines, and resource allocations.

Managing the delivery team :

Lead and manage the team dedicated to stellar service delivery.

Establish clear objectives, delegate tasks strategically, and provide continuous support and mentorship to team members.

Performance Monitoring :

Vigilantly monitor the execution of service delivery, ensuring alignment with planned objectives.

Proactively identify and address any potential risks or deviations, maintaining service excellence.

Reporting to the client:

Maintain consistent and open communication with clients regarding the status of their service delivery.

Ensure all changes and potential issues are promptly communicated and addressed.


What are the requirements for the role?


Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top engineering, business schools or academic equivalent.

Over 10 years of experience in roles that require direct customer interaction & management

At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory.

Comprehensive knowledge of service delivery principles and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building relationships and leading teams.

Ability to operate effectively both independently and as an integral part of a larger team.
