They are currently seeking a versatile and organized Senior HR & Admin Manager to be responsible for the company's human resources management and daily administrative work. What You Will Do
Deliver expert HR guidance and strategic support across the organization
Lead and oversee the HR and Administration team to ensure seamless, accurate daily operations
Collaborate closely with managers and department leaders on key HR areas such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and talent development
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and staffing projections for HR and administrative functions
Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits initiatives to stay competitive and align with legal standards
Contribute to establishing HR policies and updating operational procedures
Manage additional tasks and projects as needed
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in HR and administration, including 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory position
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and relevant regulations
Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and thrive in high-pressure settings
Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
Effective problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player with the confidence to juggle multiple priorities
