Our client is a MNC FMCG corporation seeking a Logistics Manager to manage third-party logistics partnerships and lead a team of 6-7 members.
What You Will Do
Run daily 3PL operations, managing distribution networks, inventory, and order processing
Track operations KPIs, find improvement areas, and make changes to boost efficiency
Keep inventory systems up to date and ensure accurate stock counts and warehouse efficiency
Ensure warehouses follow safety rules, quality standards, and operating procedures
Create and roll out warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Create new logistics solutions, handle 3PL bidding, and review potential partners
Cut costs through planning and negotiate better deals with logistics partners
Review 3PL financial results and manage team budget
Lead inventory improvements to better manage stock and reduce costs
Handle import licenses and follow international trade rules
Fix delivery issues and manage special logistics projects
Gather and use feedback to make ongoing improvements
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field
10+ years of experience: 6 years in FMCG logistics, 4 years managing people
Strong background managing 3PL partnerships
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Self-driven with strong attention to detail
Gets results and meets business goals
Must speak and write English and Chinese fluently
