About The Client
Our client is a conglomerate business, seeking a HR policy & Rewards specialist at Group level. The ideal candidate will focus on the review and formulation of HR policies aimed at strengthening HR governance, compliance, and framework while aligning with the business direction and strategies. This role will also play a key part in developing group-level policies related to year-end bonuses and incentive schemes, providing insights to acknowledge company initiatives.

About The Role

  • Review and formulate HR policies to enhance governance and compliance.
  • Develop frameworks that align HR practices with business strategies.
  • Design and implement group-level policies related to rewards, including bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to recognize company initiatives at the subsidiary level.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate HR policy effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance matters and best practices.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within Chinese companies.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
  • Background in HR compliance, HR audit, or shared services is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
