Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our SaaS solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey with us and fostering long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, project management, and a strong understanding of the financial services market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
- Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
- Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
- Create and deliver presentations on product features, benefits, and best practices tailored to client needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and their application within various industries.
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles, demonstrating success in building client relationships.
- Effective project management skills, capable of juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- A background in customer service that emphasizes responsiveness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of the financial services market and fintech is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
