Overview

Our client is a leading multinational consumer goods company seeking an Assistant Plan Manager. This role reports directly to the Senior Plan Manager and works with a three-person team. You'll join an organization that offers international exposure and clear paths for cross-functional development.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and deliver annual budgets and monthly forecasts with analysis and reporting
  • Work with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to create and track short-term and long-term forecasts, including assumptions and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales on new product launches, manage forecast transitions, and develop solution plans
  • Analyze demand plans, forecast accuracy, and trends to assess inventory impact
  • Handle forecast consumption and OpCo allocation decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, including APO uploads, Hub reports, and analysis of issues
  • Coordinate product flow from order to delivery with supply points
  • Ensure on-time and complete delivery from supply points
  • Identify and resolve performance issues through analysis
  • Support supply chain aspects of new product development
  • Maintain planning parameters according to blueprint
  • Lead supply point and Hub discussions on regular schedule
  • Execute run book and clean desk procedures
  • Complete regression testing on schedule
  • Ensure accurate APO & ECC master data maintenance
  • Improve processes through analysis and modeling
  • Support supply chain improvement initiatives


What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4+ years FMCG logistics experience
  • FMCG and multinational company experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP & APO preferred)
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled project manager who handles multiple priorities
  • Works well under pressure with good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
