This position is a critical team member of the L&D Project team. Responsible to drive and implement group project learning & development activities to support project rollout throughout DFI countries. The person will be working closely with business leaders, project stakeholders, process leads, consultants and vendors to understand business priorities and provide the right learning solutions to achieve them.

The challenge is to:

  • Deliver targeted Learning & Development activities that land the "DFI Way" process operating model for all the different business and streams. The L&D Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for building learning and development activities and solutions that will land new ways of working
  • Understand the local business needs and feed into group wide project learning curriculum development through partnering with process leads, Business SMEs, and project team
  • Contribute where relevant and lead project learning content design with a team to deliver the final group project learning template for different country rollout
  • Localize group learning and development solutions (country) in an aligned and consistent manner to ensure we leverage scale and drive standardization work as part of the group project team in designing learning & development solutions for DFI
  • Create local specific content only when specific differentiation exist due to local business request or legislation.
  • Partnering with Country L&D team, Business SMEs, Process Leads and superusers in designing the learning approach and training plan and delivering engaging and impactful learning and development solutions.
  • Deliver Learning & development solution using blended learning approach and ensure application of learning at work
  • Track learning solutions effectiveness and impact using technology (Axonify) and if required different method of assessment and surveys.
  • Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Ensure main action points, risks and requirements are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manners
  • Prepare weekly update slides and present in weekly update meeting to keep all stakeholders informed of the progress, risk, requirements and action point


Do you have experience in Learning & Development?


  • 8-10 years of experience in learning & development with successful experience facilitating learning & development solutions through instructional design concepts, adult learning concepts, and technology
  • Operationally effective L&D team
  • Experience in designing and implementing projects scope learning and system training
  • Demonstrated successful experience leveraging technology to deliver training in new ways
  • Good command of written and spoken English and preferable one Asian language
  • Desire to learn, always putting customer first, adaptability to change and fast-paced environment
