Establish and maintain good relationship with brokers to identify business opportunities and generate growth
Follow up on renewal cases to retain existing clients
Achieve new business production and business retention target
Prepare proposal, conduct sales presentation and member briefing
Liaise with EB underwriters and operations to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Collect market intelligence and feedback to understand market trends and conditions
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
University graduate with at least 5 years working experience in employee benefit
IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licensed
Fast learner, positive attitude and accountable; sensitive to details
Good team player with a self-motivated mindset
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Less experience will be considered for Senior Officer
