The role will assume overall responsibility for developing business and enhancing customer relationships. The role will also regularly analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. It works closely with the distribution channel to develop a healthy group and MPF business portfolio, driving the EB/MPF2Life conversion.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies including customer campaigns to achieve the business target
- Enhance customer stickiness by listening customers’ voice and attending their needs
- To foster the synergy among group business, MPF & GI and develop an ecosystem to provide total solutions to corporate customers
- Ensure the compliance of all business development & client management activities and assist the MPF Responsible Officer(s) to develop guidelines and procedures to fulfill the requirement on all MPF guidelines and requirements to MPF intermediaries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a Business-related field
- Proven years of experience in employee benefits industry with the exposure in business development and/or client management, of which at least 6 years is in managerial position.
- Exposure in MPF provider / insurance brokers which distribute via individual intermediaries and project management experience are preferred
- Possessing experience in developing other SME businesses is an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous
