RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, including network systems, cybersecurity, and guest technologies, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. As the primary IT advisor, he/ she will lead system deployments and collaborate with departments to optimize resources and prioritize initiatives. He/ she will also manage IT projects, ensure timely delivery and budget adherence, and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in hospitality IT operations, technical support, and hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV, HSIA)
• Minimum 3 years or above in a leadership/supervisory role with a proven track record in team management and strategic planning

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
