Your new company

A sizeable scientific research centre which provides genomic medicine development, scientific research etc businesses. They are looking for talented IT support for their IT team.

Your new role

- Provide support for Windows desktops, Microsoft Office, and other business applications as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT services issues
- Maintain IT equipment, servers, and basic network connectivity

- Work closely with other members of the IT Helpdesk team on technical support and system implementation

What you'll need to succeed

- 2+ years in IT Helpdesk Support

- Familiar with Microsoft 365 Products
- Responsible, good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
