Head of HR & Administration (100K - 120K per month)
A one-of-a-kind medical services provider is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Head of HR & Administration.
About the Role
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of corporate and healthcare professionals across various disciplines
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and career development planning for employees
Manage employee relations and address complex HR issues, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with healthcare regulations
Administer compensation and benefits programs tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting their professional growth and development
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline is a MUST
Minimum 15 years of HR management experience gained preferably within the Healthcare Services sector or relevant industries
Experience in driving organizational change and growth with good understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
Strong HR advisory skills and familiar working closely with C suite / senior management
Strong learning agility and able to work with staff of all levels
Leadership and people management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
