About the Role  

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve measurable business results. This role requires expertise in B2B lead generation, eCommerce campaigns, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies that guide customers through the buying journey for international markets. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic execution to deliver exceptional ROI. 


 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Campaign Strategy & Execution:  

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and eCommerce sales. 
  • Create compelling ad copy and strategies tailored to target audiences, conducting A/B testing for continuous improvement. 
  • Adapt campaigns for diverse markets, considering segmentation and cultural preferences. 

 

B2B Lead Generation & B2C Ecommerce:  


  • Design and implement B2B campaigns to generate high-quality leads, optimizing for CPL and conversion rates. 
  • Execute eCommerce strategies, including Shopping Ads and remarketing, to improve metrics like AOV and cart abandonment. 
  • Align campaigns and allocate budget with inventory, seasonal trends, and global promotions. 

Data Analysis & Reporting:  


  • Work with the Data Analysis team to track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and LTV. 
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to generate actionable insights. 
  • Break down campaign results by region and market to inform future strategies, especially for international campaigns. 

Cross Team Collaboration & Learning:  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, designers, and the SEO team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals. 
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in paid media, lead generation, and eCommerce to implement innovative strategies. 

 


Qualifications:  


  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and eCommerce. 
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. 
  • Fluent in English language, with experience in crafting professional and persuasive ad copy. 
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations, such as GDPR, when targeting international audiences and with marketing funnel principles and their application to paid media strategies.
