Expanding Chinese Corporate Bank looking for an Account Opening Manager

Your new role

• Oversee daily operations and management of account onboarding, including account opening and static data maintenance.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and customers to address CDD, AML, and KYC issues.
• Participate in system enhancement and development projects, provide user requirements, and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Draft and update operational procedures and policies.
• Handle statistical analysis and supervision reports, including FATCA, CRS, and DPS.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of account onboarding requirements and procedures.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, DPS, and their regulations and operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
