***(急聘全職凌晨更18:00-02:00 五天7小時工作)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and high-quality customer service at the clinic and customer service center.
• Handle bookings and respond to customer inquiries.
• Response & manage customer queries, appointments, and orders through phone, email, or instant messaging software.
• Responsible for daily cashier duties within the clinic.
• Assist medical team for medical reports and other duties requested by management
• Perform general administrative tasks and provide logistical support.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Education level of Form 5 or above (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent).
• Proficient in Chinese typing and basic computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, a good team player, and a cooperative spirit. Able to work in a team and under pressure
• Shifts: Early Shift (08:45 – 18:45) /Middle Shift (11:30 – 21:30) / Night Shift (12:40 – 22:40) / Late Shift (18:00-02:00)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as CS Assistant.
