Description

As an Assistant Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day accounting activities
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports or statements
• Familiarise with AR processes and improve system processes
• Coordinating with external auditors and managing internal controls
• Overseeing budget and financial management
• Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies
• Managing and leading a team of finance professionals
• Collaborating with management to form financial strategies

Profile

A successful Assistant Accounting Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
