Job Highlights:

• Oversees the overall planning, schedule, coordination and control for building services installations in the construction project from its inception to completion in Hong Kong.
• Ensures the projects to be completed within the prescribed timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Represents the Company to deal with consultants, contractors, suppliers, government & statutory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the overall planning, schedule, coordination and control for building services installations in the construction project from its inception to completion in Hong Kong.
• Supervises the site project management team. Monitors the progress and quality of the building services installations in the projects. Adjusts the schedules to avoid any delays that may happen in the construction site.
• Coordinates with the consultants to handle all site related matters.
• Assists superiors to develop and formulate site supervision system.
• Monitors the compliance with the specifications, standards and legal requirements.
• Represents the Company to deal with consultants, contractors, suppliers, government & statutory bodies.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in project management and construction industry, particular residential projects.
• Familiar with project management and construction aspects. Sound knowledge of the market environment and industry practices
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, have a sense of urgency, able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficient in MS office
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for post of Senior Inspector, M&E
