This role drive the Commercial Vehicle sales team to meet the sales target and market share. Identify sales tactics and explore more sales opportunities in Commercial Vehicle.
Expand our Commercial Vehicle business penetration and networks in fleet accounts and government.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate and propose business plan to expand sales for Commercial Vehicles achieving respective tasks
  • Propose pricing proposal and/ or promotion offer for respective sales plans
  • Manage and motivate sales team to achieve the prescribed sales targets
  • Expand business in fleet customers and government with regular visits and relationship building
  • Prepare vehicles ordering proposal and manage vehicles stock level enabling effective stock situation to cope with business
  • Represent Inchcape in internal and OEM meetings, championing ang gearing constructive discussions surrounding risks and opportunities and various plans to exceed business target
  • Work closely with internal distribution, marketing and customer experience teams, leverage resources and stamina to positively influence sales capacity internally, break through restrictions externally
  • Manage sales supporting team inclusive administrative staff and drivers to secure efficiency and smoothness of CV operation

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
  • Proved experience in leadership position in sales management of sales team
  • Track record in managing corporate accounts, advantageous in automobile industry
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skill (both qualitative and quantitative), high competence with figures, coupled with strong business acumen
  • Ability to build strong sales performance through successful sales initiatives
  • Resilience to changes, excellent influencing, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
