Client Details

This law firm engages in comprehensive legal practice. Currently, they are in an expansion phase. Functioning as a cohesive team, we offer both support and supervision to our members.

Description

  • New customer information gathering, background check implementation, assessing potential risks.
  • Write detailed customer due diligence reports, clearly explaining the investigation process, issues found and risk assessment conclusions, providing key basis for the company to decide whether to establish business relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on policies and regulations and process improvement suggestions, review the KYC process on a regular basis, and analyse the efficiency bottlenecks and potential risk points in the process.
  • Cost calculation and reconciliation
  • Invoicing and management
  • Regularly send bills to clients to follow up on their fee payments.

Profile

  • Professional background: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, law, accounting, business administration or other related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant work experience during internship will also be considered.
  • Strong information collection and analysis skills, able to sift out key content from complicated information.
  • Good communication skills, able to clearly express opinions and deal with problems when communicating with clients and internal teams.
  • Strict adherence to the code of ethics, to protect the security of customer information and the company's commercial secrets. Strong sense of compliance to ensure that the work complies with laws and regulations and internal company rules.
