Lead and manage the Customer Support team.
Support to expand transaction business in HKG and contribute to the Bank by co-working with colleagues in regional team.
Support the head of CS to plan and manage the team to achieve GTBD's business target or KPI and to carry out well balance management of the team among promotion, system development, supporting customers and compliance, regulatory issues.
Responsible to provide timely and proper support to our customers.
Coach junior staff in order to meet the department/corporate objectives or strategies.
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Profile
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
Experienced in Transaction Banking sector with coaching experience.
Deep professional knowledge of transaction business and system.
Solid client facing, business promotion and problem-solving skill.
Good communication skill and stakeholder management.
