Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive HR services to the company, he or she will be act as change agent and provide support to line managers by performing full range of HR disciplines.
· Support the department to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including Recruitment and C&B functions
· Responsible full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration including monthly payroll and final payment calculation, leave management, taxation and pension scheme administration
· Assist in preparing regular HR analytics reports such as cost allocation reports, benchmarking reports and etc.
· Any other duties / projects assigned
Job Requirement:
· University degree preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration
· At least 3 to 5 years related working experience in C&B function
· Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense
· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
· Able to work under pressure and react with changes
· Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently and with high level of accuracy and attention to details
· Experience in IPL would be an advantage
