Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)
ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of combined experience in hospitality IT operations, technical support, and hotel systems (e.g., PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV, HSIA)
Minimum 3 years or above in a leadership/supervisory role with a proven track record in team management and strategic planning
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
