Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of group HR programs and services
  • Develop and optimize an efficient and successful HR Service Function for better employee experience
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives
  • Conduct regular database checking and process reviews to improve employees’ data quality
  • Work with the Transformation Team to drive the use of the DMS & Success Factor systems
  • Optimize workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop standardized processes, utilize the use of technology, and drive continuous improvement


Requirements:

  • Experience within a HR Operations, People Servicing or SSC Function
  • Proven experience in fast moving and dynamic working environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient in spoke and written English and Chinese
  • Strong in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, mature, self-motivated, hands-on, independent and well-organized
