Development and implementation of group HR programs and services
Develop and optimize an efficient and successful HR Service Function for better employee experience
Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives
Conduct regular database checking and process reviews to improve employees’ data quality
Work with the Transformation Team to drive the use of the DMS & Success Factor systems
Optimize workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Develop standardized processes, utilize the use of technology, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Experience within a HR Operations, People Servicing or SSC Function
Proven experience in fast moving and dynamic working environment
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Proficient in spoke and written English and Chinese
Strong in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, mature, self-motivated, hands-on, independent and well-organized
