Responsibilities:
Liaise with media for collaborations, maintain good relationship, and explore more collaboration opportunities
Prepare advertising and advertorial plan for both online and offline overseas media
Regularly review and update the media list, keep track and take record on the execution and effectiveness of media collaborations
Prepare press materials write up and story pitching
Maximize the exhibition and its exhibitor's exposure via different promotion channels
Plan and execute both online and offline media activities
eDM development/write-up/distribution
Line up the yearly event plan, prepare resources allocation and the arrangement of overseas events
Ad hoc projects or assignments as required
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communication or business related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in media relations, preferably working in exhibition industry
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, and proficient in MS Office Applications
Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
Occasional mainland China trips are required
