Responsibilities: 

  • Design and refine loyalty program mechanics (tiered rewards, points redemption, personalized offers) to improve retention, product adoption and spend behavior.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to segment audiences and tailor rewards based on customer insights.
  • Oversee the integration of partnerships into the loyalty platform (e.g., API integrations, payment systems).
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships (e.g., retail, F&B, platforms) to enhance the value proposition of the loyalty platform.
  • Develop joint campaigns to drive member acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze partnership performance (ROI, customer LTV) and optimize relationships for long-term growth.
  • Architect end-to-end loyalty campaigns (e.g., seasonal promotions, tiered rewards, gamification) that align with business objectives (acquisition, engagement, usage). 
  • Partner with Data/AI teams to embed predictive modeling into campaigns (e.g., next-best-offer algorithms, dynamic rewards) using tools like CDPs or Braze/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage campaign budgets, balancing short-term ROI with long-term loyalty-building initiatives.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Around 8–10 years of experience in loyalty program management, partnerships, or CRM roles gained from sizable organizations.  
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value B2B partnerships, designing and scaling loyalty campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
