In this position you will....

be acting as the bridge between the Business and the Tech team, from spearheading client discoveries and requirement gathering for customer onboarding, to evolving the partner Backoffice for operational efficiencies, to creating internal alignment on technical solutioning

 You will be responsible for…

  • Owning the team’s roadmap and backlog, ensuring work focuses on those with highest value for the organization for your squad.
  • Creating clarity and alignment on deliverables within your team, across tech teams, and to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting client discoveries on partner onboarding, creating alignment from business to technical perspective.
  • Ensuring the platform domain grows in a scalable, reliable and compliant structure.
  • Utilizing your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements/stories that are comprehensible to developers/QA.
  • Supporting troubleshooting and resolving potential issues in production environment.

 You will require the following qualifications and skills                                                                                                             

  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience within an agile environment.
  • Degree holder of computing, engineering or business-related subjects is preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of software development process and technical requirements
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time-zones.
  • Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
