Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in branding/marketing is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the digital assets and fintech landscape.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable branding initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives and collaborating with diverse teams.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaborations.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, able to generate new ideas and drive brand evolution.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and brand monitoring techniques to enhance OSL’s visibility and impact.
Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards within the digital asset sector.
