We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

The CTA(BSS) will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority to carry out site

supervision, site inspection, resolve technical and contractual problems, liaise with other parties, supervise and monitor site progress, site checking, site measurement and records keeping.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or an institute of vocational education;
• Experience in inspection of building services works is preferred;
• Possession of good knowledge in personal computer applications is preferred.

 

Place of Duty

Station in any HA's construction site.

 

Office Hours:

The normal office hours are from 8:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (may be required to perform overtime work outside office hours or on Saturday / Sunday). The office hours may be subject to change and follow the general office hours of the Housing Department.

 

Salary:

Monthly salary from $25,115 to $40,630 according to the terms and conditions as stipulated by Housing Department subject to eligible experience and undertaking of extra hours of overtime working.

 

Period of Employment:

Contract term.
