Responsibilities:

• Act as the HR system administrator for daily system support and be the key contact point for vendor and users
• Assist in system enhancement projects and the implementation of new HRIS
• Conduct UAT, user training, and keep track of vendor’s progress
• Update system workflows, handle user enquires and report bugs
• Support annual exercise including appraisal, salary review, and staff engagement activities
• Prepare monthly reports and data analysis 
• Monitor subordinates’ outputs and lead project team members
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and rollouts, preferably with vendor sourcing, UAT, system upgrade and system admin. exposure
• Hands-on experience in SAP is an advantage 
• Strong analytic skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably have hands-on experience using data analysis software, e.g. Power BI, Pivot Table in Excel etc.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
