The Job:

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with brokers to identify business opportunities and generate growth

  • Follow up on renewal cases to retain existing clients

  • Achieve new business production and business retention target

  • Prepare proposal, conduct sales presentation and member briefing

  • Liaise with EB underwriters and operations to ensure seamless communication and coordination

  • Collect market intelligence and feedback to understand market trends and conditions

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

 

The Person:

  • University graduate with at least 5 years working experience in employee benefit

  • IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licensed

  • Fast learner, positive attitude and accountable; sensitive to details

  • Good team player with a self-motivated mindset

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Less experience will be considered for Senior Officer
