Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute live marketing events (e.g., health fairs, seminars, product launches).
- Manage CRM systems to analyze customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital content and promotional collateral.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in event management, live marketing, or CRM, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- fresh graduate with related experience would also be considered
