Responsibilities:

• Supervise Senior Cooks and Cooks to ensure proper efficiency and functioning of SAVVY Kitchen.
• Produce and maintain food quality of specific cuisine.
• Ensure the whole working area under meticulous cleanliness and orderliness as well as proper use of equipment at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences in catering establishment with similar capacity, preferably in hotel industry.
• Holder of Certificate related to Food Hygiene will be an advantage.
• Good command in Cantonese and Basic English.
