- Handle phone calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone
- Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and the hotel computer systems
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
