Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned market area, ensuring client information is kept up to date.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and execute sales plans aligned with the overall sales strategy.
• Assist Sales Team in business development by conducting hotel tours, developing follow-up plans, and maintaining good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide timely feedback to the Sales Team regarding market changes and competitor information, through sales visits, telemarketing, and emails, etc.
• Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience. Experience in engaging sales accounts at a luxury hotel is an advantage
