1. Property Management Team

Work in Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional property management services to our customers.

• Undergraduates from all disciplines
• Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills
• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

 

2. Property Handover Team

Work in the construction site to carry out thorough checks for new residential property before handover to owners.

• Undergraduates (preferably from building surveying, engineering, construction, architecture)
• Detail-minded and with good communication skills
• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

 

3. Technical Team

Work in the Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional technical services to our customers.

• Undergraduates (preferably from mechanical / electrical / building services engineering)
• Proactive, responsive and willing to learn
• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

 

4. Clubhouse Team

Work in the clubhouse of residential properties to handle customer enquiries, assist in organizing summer events and carry out facilities check.

• Matriculation or above
• Proactive, enjoy teamwork and with cheerful character
• 5.5 days per week (alternate week), 9 hours per day (on shift-basis)

 

5. Landscape Team

Work in the Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional services regarding gardens, park and other outdoor landscape maintenance.

• Higher Diploma or above (preferably from tree management, arboricultural management)
• Love nature and plants, enjoy working outdoor
• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)
