- Providing quality wine and beverage service to guests
- Advice on wine and food pairings for guest
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Monitor and replenish inventory of equipment
- Ensure daily operations of department are efficient and smooth
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in hotel or upscale bar
- Good beverage and wine knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance
- Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
- Good spoken in English & Mandarin is preferred
